School Success Symposium

Join us for the Niswonger School Success Symposium, a special day dedicated to celebrating and empowering those who make learning come alive every day — and best of all, there’s no cost for educators to attend. In fact, educators who attend will receive a certificate for 6 hours of professional development credit! Our goal is to remove barriers to participation and ensure every educator has access to high-quality professional learning.

This year’s symposium will feature a variety of breakout sessions led by both local and national educators, organizations, and vendor partners. Topics will include:

    • Early Learning and Foundational Skills
    • Instructional Design and Student Engagement
    • Science and STEM Education
    • Assessment and Data-Informed Practice
    • Technology, AI, and Digital Innovation
    • …and Many, Many More!

The Niswonger Foundation was established in 2001 to make a positive and sustainable difference in education in Northeast Tennessee. This dream was envisioned by Scott M. Niswonger, who founded Landair Transport, Inc. and Forward Air Corporation. These companies were the first two Greeneville-based companies to be taken public in the history of Greene County, Tennessee. Jointly, the companies have combined annual revenue of over one-billion-dollars and employ more than 5000 people.
