Denise Arnold

Denise Arnold is a native of Johnson County, Tennessee and completed her undergraduate and graduate degrees at East Tennessee State University. In 2010, she earned her Ed.S. in Educational Leadership, with a concentration in Counselor Leadership. Denise has over 23 years’ experience in public education including extensive experience in school counseling. She joined the Niswonger Foundation in 2011 as a College and Career Counselor, then taking the position as Director of Learning Resources and Online Coordinator. She now serves as the Program Director for NiswongerCARE.

The Niswonger Foundation was established in 2001 to make a positive and sustainable difference in education in Northeast Tennessee. This dream was envisioned by Scott M. Niswonger, who founded Landair Transport, Inc. and Forward Air Corporation. These companies were the first two Greeneville-based companies to be taken public in the history of Greene County, Tennessee. Jointly, the companies have combined annual revenue of over one-billion-dollars and employ more than 5000 people.
